Can I use a domain name to forward to my affiliate link?
Yes, many people choose to register a domain name through a company like GoDaddy, and then forward it to their affiliate link. This adds another degree of professionalism to your marketing efforts. If you would like to do this you must register a domain name and set it up to forward to your affiliate link. HOWEVER, you need to modify your affiliate link for this to work. Lets say your affiliate link was http://kb.youcantsayno.com/id/986_1 When you setup your domain forwarding, you actually will need to forward it to http://www.youcantsayno.com/mem/jrox.php?id=986 the highlighted number needs to be the same. NOTE: The new link does NOT include the _1

Can I receive a refund after I upgrade?
Due to the intangible nature of our products we are not able to offer refunds. We pay out commissions every 24 hrs and once a commission has been generated we cannot offer a refund. What forms of payment do you accept?

I need to update my credit card/billing information. Where can I do that?
If you need to update your expiration date or change from a Visa to a Master Card, you can do that by visiting our billiing update page. Please note: This is a manual process and can take up to 24 hours for your information to be updated. We suggest doing this in advanced of actual credit card being declined as that will result in your account being set to an INACTIVE status and will prevent you from logging into the back office.
I am not happy with my memership, I want a refund!
We understand at times we make purchases and sign up for things online that we later realize was a mistake. Sometimes our curiousity gest the best of us and we want to "see" whats on the other side of the fence. We recognize this and this is why we offer a 24 hour refund. However, due to the intangible nature of our product we cannot offer a refund beyond this time frame. We have a strict policy which is stated in the Terms of Service which you agree to upon signing up for your paid Pro account, which states:
8. Refunds/Cancellation -- 24 Hour Refund Policy
You may cancel your account at any time, however, due to the nature of our products, services and commission structure, there are no refunds given for the You Can't Say No program after 24 hours of purchase. Since all commissions are paid out on a daily basis, it is impossible to refund any funds that have already been paid out to our affiliates. CK Web Systems is the parent company of You Can't Say No! Our merchant bank account shows our parent company as the charging entity.
Compensation
How do I receive my commission payments?
We offer several options for you to receive your commissions, including Direct Deposit and Alertpay. Please ensure you have at least one of these setup in your member back office. You can add this by visiting http://www.youcantsayno.com/mem/ login with your username and password. Once inside click on "Account Details" and towards the bottom of this page you can enter your email address which is associated with your Alertpay account, or add your banking details where you would like to receive your deposits.
How often do you pay out commissions?
We pay out commissions every 24 hours. Generally this is around Midnight Eastern Standard Time
What is your commission structure?
We pay $25/month on your first level referrals, $5/month for your second level referrals and $5/month for your third level referrals.

I provided someone my affiliate link and they signed up under me. Why are they not showing in my downline?
Please allow 30 minutes for people to show in your downline. If after 30 minutes you see that they are still not showing, please submit a support ticket at http://support.youcantsayno.com Please ensure you provide us with YOUR user name AND the user name or email address of the person who YOU referred.

When I try to login I get an error which says my account is inactive...what do I do?
This error is returned when you are trying to log into the wrong area. Free members and upgraded pro members have 2 separate login forms. Free members are stored in a separate database. If you are a free member you should login by visiting http://freetour.youcantsayno.com/ If you are an upgraded pro member visit http://www.youcantsayno.com and click on the "Pro Member Login" button at the bottom of the page.
I need to update my billing information for my credit card, where do I do that?

I am a paid Pro member and I cannot seem to login. The website says my account is inactive.
If you have already been a paid member for at least 1 month and you receive this message it is due to a billing error with your credit card. Generally this is due to two events:
1) Your credit card was declined
2) Your credit card has expired
Please update your billing information in order for us to attempt to re-charge your method of payment and reactivate your account. Please note: This is a manual process and can take up to 24 hrs for your account to be reactivated.

How can I best succeed with You Can't Say No?
The easiest way to make money with you cant say no is to drive traffic to your affiliate URL link. By doing this it will expose your affiliate page to more people. We do drive traffic to a free rotator link which randomly selects a paid pro member from the database and displays their affiliate page to a person visiting the website for the first time. This allows us to essentially give leads away to our members. However, surely you can see that any effort you do on your own, will only serve to multiply the potential number of people who ultimately see your affiliate page and signup as a free member.
The key to making money is getting people to your affiliate page and taking the free tour. We will follow up with ever single person who visits your affiliate page and signs up to take the free tour. It is important to note that the only way we can follow up with on your behalf is if the people visiting your affiliate page actually signup to take a free tour. Otherwise they are simply hits to your link and we don't have any personal information about that person to actually contact them.
